The length of the preheating time should be standardized at more than 8 minutes, and the spray should not be turned on if the preheating time is insufficient. If there is no 12V5V voltage, it is necessary to check whether the step-down capacitor C6, rectifier filter D2-D5, C1-C3, R7 and the pre-stage voltage regulator DW are damaged or not.

If there is no abnormality in the working power part of the controller, the wireless transmitter remote control should be used to cooperate with the inspection. Press the "start" button on the remote control, then use a multimeter to measure the DC voltage of IC1 (17) pin should have "high level" (about 2:5V) output; at the same time, the voltage of the C pole of the drive tube Q1 should be synchronized down to around 1V. If the above is normal, the fault is basically one of IC2 and T1, and most likely T1 is damaged.
