Common faults and simple solutions of moving head light
Common faults: the whole light of the shaking head light is not powered on?
1: First check whether there is a problem with the power line;
2: Check whether the fuse of the power supply base is burnt out;
3: Turn on the base panel of the lamp and check whether the ballast is powered on; Whether the connecting wire of the internal switch has fallen;
4: Open the two shells of the lamp body and check whether the temperature control is faulty near the bulb.
Common faults: does the bulb of the shake head light not work?
1: Turn on the tail of the lamp body and check whether the bulb is white or black. If the above two phenomena appear, replace the bulb first and try again;
2: Open the two shells of the lamp body, install the trigger on the lamp post, check whether the wiring of the trigger is burnt black, and if so, replace the trigger.
Common faults: does the bulb of the shake head light come on or not?
1: Check whether the bulb is white, black or even swollen. When the above conditions occur, please replace the bulb immediately to avoid damage to the product;
2: Check whether the fans on both sides of the bulb work normally. If there is any damage, please replace the fans in time;
3: Please open the two shells, and there is a white temperature control in the layer between the pattern chip and the color chip to see if it is burnt out (if it is broken, the bubble will not be extinguished);
4: Open the two shells of the lamp body, and there is a heat dissipation window on the tail of the bulb. After a long time, the air passage will be blocked. If the heat dissipation window is covered with dust, please clean it (this heat dissipation window is best cleaned once a month for the best effect).
Common faults: what is the reason why the bulb of the moving head light blows up?
1: First, check whether the voltage is between 220v-230v. If it exceeds 230V, it is possible to burst bubbles (so it is suggested that voltage regulators should be installed in all places);
2: If there are bubbles, please check whether the bubbles are caused by the long service life (generally, the normal service life of domestic bulbs is within 300-500 hours);
3: Is there a problem with the quality of the bulb?
4: If the above three methods are not correct, there may be a problem with the ballast. Please contact the supplier to solve it.
Common fault: is the moving head light uncontrolled?
1: Check whether the address code is logarithmic? If the address code is correct but uncontrolled, check whether the three cores of the signal line are connected reversely? And check whether the connection between the Caron seat and the card faucet is in condition (poor contact);
2: If the address code is correct and the signal line connection is OK, the DMX light at the address code will flash normally. If it does not flash, there is a connection problem;
3: Use the same console to connect another lamp separately. If there is no problem, it is proved that the uncontrolled lamp motherboard or display board has a problem. Please contact the supplier to solve it.
Common faults: shaking head light broken belt?
1: If the x/y axis of the lamp body does not respond, but the console and other lamps operate normally, the belt may be broken;
2: If the x-axis does not move, but the y-axis moves, or the x-axis moves, but the y-axis does not move, the belt may be broken;
3: If the above phenomena occur, you can move x/y by hand with the light off to feel whether there is a belt driving the rotation. If it is loose and easy to move, it proves that the belt is broken. Please contact the supplier for solutions.
Common faults: out of step image of moving head light?
1: If the shaking head light shows an image of out of step, please re program and try again;
2: If not, it proves that the motor of a certain function or an IC of the motherboard is burnt out. Please contact the supplier for solutions.
